These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdbajee platform and all services included within it. When you open an account, access, or use any service on bdbajee, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

bdbajee is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for its users. These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of both parties and are essential for the proper operation of the service. This document is written in English and applies to users in Bangladesh.

In addition to these Terms, bdbajee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply, and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use any service on bdbajee, you must first register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you believe your account credentials have been stolen or that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

bdbajee may request documents for identity verification at any time. A copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, or other documents may be required. bdbajee reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on bdbajee. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming or betting activity. The 21+ age requirement applies to all services on bdbajee.

If the date of birth provided at registration is later found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all accumulated rewards or balances will be cancelled.

You must also register from a country or region where receiving online gaming or betting services is not legally prohibited. Any attempt to operate an account from a restricted region will result in account closure.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are supported for depositing funds on bdbajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods may be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, bdbajee confirms that the deposit and withdrawal methods are registered under the same person's name. Transferring funds to a third-party account is not permitted.

4.4 Irregular Activity

If a user conducts unusual or suspicious transactions, bdbajee reserves the right to review those transactions. An account may be suspended if there is reason to suspect involvement in money laundering or other illegal activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdbajee offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Eligibility for this bonus depends on the first deposit. Once the bonus is received, a 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, wagering of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash, and direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible. Winnings earned through a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 VIP Cashback

bdbajee's VIP programme has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

If a user is found to have violated the bonus terms or used dishonest methods to obtain a bonus, bdbajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.1 Betting Limits

bdbajee sets specific minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or event. These limits may change from time to time and may differ during special events or competitions.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. All betting outcomes depend on official results. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bdbajee's own policy will be followed regarding the relevant bets.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the result of any game is voided due to a technical error or disruption, the associated bet will also be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.4 Cheating and Fraud

If a user attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage, uses bots, or employs any other dishonest method, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

7.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account at any time. After the request, any remaining balance (if eligible for withdrawal) will be returned in accordance with the rules.

7.2 Suspension by bdbajee

bdbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
• Not meeting the age requirement
• Suspicious financial activity
• Violation of any clause of these Terms

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more), the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the user will be notified at their registered email address.

bdbajee never sells users' personal information to third parties. However, it may be necessary to share information with relevant authorities due to legal obligations or for the purpose of preventing fraud.
